We are building a streamlined system for recording content which involves operating an ATEM ISO and working with a number of remote editors. We have big plans and are already building another even bigger studio in Worthing.

Type: Part-Time, Ad Hoc (with potential for increased hours as the studio grows)

About Us:
Synergy Podcast Studio is a growing studio and creative hub dedicated to producing high-quality podcasts and live streams. We’re passionate about helping creators bring their ideas to life and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as we expand.
The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable Part-Time Studio Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our podcast studio. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone with an interest in audio-visual production and live streaming. No advanced experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person! The work is currently ad hoc, but as our studio continues to grow, there will be opportunities for more consistent hours and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and test studio equipment (microphones, cameras, lighting, etc.) before recording sessions.
Operate and manage the ATEM Mini ISO for live streaming and recording.
Assist with basic troubleshooting of technical issues during sessions.
Ensure the studio is tidy, organized, and ready for clients.
Support podcast hosts and guests during live streams or recordings as needed.
Learn and adapt to new tools and workflows as the studio evolves.
What We’re Looking For:
A keen interest in podcasting, live streaming, or audio-visual production.
Basic technical aptitude and a willingness to learn how to use studio equipment (no prior experience required).
Comfortable working with tools like the ATEM Mini ISO (training provided).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexibly on an ad hoc basis.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to grow with the studio.
No advanced video editing experience needed—this role is focused on setup and live operations.
